Betta Fish Care : Feeding My Betta Fish Live Food

In my search for betta fish care I was reading about feeding my betta some live food like brine shrimp or blood worms. I am feeding him the pellets form the pet store now. It says to only give him 5 or 6 pellets at a time. This does not seem like a lot of food. I also don’t know how this can relate to brine shrimp or blood worms. The brine shrimp seems like way too much compared to the little pellets he is getting now.
I am not sure what other people are doing with there feeding habits but I think I am going to stick with the pellets for now and give him the worms or shrimp as a treat.

Ya, that shrimp theorie cam from somewhere????? I would just stick with the pellets.

a bettas eye is as big as its stomach dont feed it six that will make your betta fat

i used to feed my betta,prince, meal worms until i did some research and read that alot of bettas die because they get over weight from the worms ,so nowi feed him 5 pellets every other day.
